How do I search the documentation?
Use the search box at the top of any page, or press the / key. On the results page you can filter by category. See Using This Documentation for tips.
Why do some pages say "coming soon"?
The documentation is being written in stages. Sections and topics that are planned but not yet published are marked Coming soon.
Can I print or download a guide?
Yes. Every article has a Print button. When a Word or PDF version of a guide is available, Download buttons are shown on the article.
Is the documentation different for my organization?
Some organizations have additional, organization-specific documentation. Use the documentation selector in the header to switch between general TEP documentation and your organization's documentation, if it is available.
Getting help
Who do I contact for help with my account?
Contact your organization's TEP administrator for questions about your account, permissions, or program. They can see how TEP is configured for your organization.
Why can't I find documentation for my program?
Not every program is enabled for every organization, and program guides are still being written. Check Program Guides or contact your administrator.
